With continued social distancing in mind, we are allowing one person per appointment to accompany their pet into an exam room. Please call the front desk when you arrive and an assistant will guide you into the clinic, avoiding contact with other clients. We ask that you please wear a mask while in the clinic.
Health Screening Questions:
-Have you tested positive for the virus that causes COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
-Have you had any of these symptoms in the last 14 days?
- Fever greater than 100 degrees
- Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
- Muscle pain
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
-Have you been in close contact with someone displaying these known symptoms of COVID-19?
-Have you been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 or who has tested positive for the virus that causes COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
-Have you traveled outside of the country or to any high-risk locations in the last 14 days or been in close contact with someone who traveled to high-risk locations in the past 14 days?
If you answer “yes” to any of the following questions, you will be asked to reschedule your pet’s appointment.
